/ Windows (version, x86 or x64)(Is x64)
/ Is your windows account an admin one?(Yes)
/ Method to run the japanese games (locale emu/windows jp mode)(I have Locale Emulator and windows jp mode)
/ Did you install the Directx9 correctly(Yes i did it its in my laptop and a USB
and the visualc++ libraries(All repaired and updated)
