This game says it needs like a DRM code or license key to filll in the four slots in order to play. Which is weird because for mama ja 6 I didnt have this problem at all.

Inside the archive, you have a folder named "nodvd", with a folder and a file named musu_mama4.exe.
Copy those files and paste them into the folder DATA where you have installed the game, replace existing files.
If you have an antivirus, you may have a notification about musu_mama4.exe, so you have to add an exception for this.
After that, run the file musu_mama4.exe (data folder)

Thank you. I try to do what you said and it did work but only for like a split second. A screen opened up which I'm sure is the game screen yet it then disappear after a second. I did this couple of times and same result of the split screen, well at least I know I dont have to require a drm thing to opne this but not sure why I still cant open it sadly. But thanks for helping.

I need some help when i paste the nodvd files in the data folder the program dont start and ask me for d3dx42.dll and d3dx43.dll and when i paste the dll in the data folder and open the program its now appering the error 0x000007b ,please is someone that knows how to fix it ?

I checked the DirectX folder of the disc but the only file is directx_Jun2010_redist its that the file are you talking about ?

I put the the name in the search tab but it not appears i going to delete all and extract and see if this time appears

New link available, Windows Defender considers the musu_mama4.exe file as a threat so you need to authorize this file if you are using this protection.

I downloaded and extracted the file but the error 0xc000007b is still appearing,I need to put the folder in the Hard Disk ?

Also my Windows Version is 1709 so i dont know if that affect my drivers

# Create a folder in your C: drive, give it the name TEST (does not matter but it's short and clean)
# Mount the iso of the game
# Browse the disc
# COPY all the the content of iso
# PASTE the content into the folder TEST
(No installation in short)
# After everything is copied, place the file Cracker.exe (the crack you have tried yesterday) in the folder TEST
# Run the file Cracker.exe
# Click on the first button on the right
# Change the siglus engine option at the bottom right to Exe file
# Select the file musu_mama3.exe
# Apply
In short, you are not installing the game, just moving the files.
You can test some bonus options :

Finally worked with a d3dx9_43 dll and your mini tutorial but i dont need to run in windows 7 i only send the after installation to the test folder in a usb and worked thank you for the help :3
