I dont think antivirus software is the problem, tried closing it and game still doesn't work.
The troubleshooter reports that it is a incompatible program and changing the windows setting doesn't help either.

Which Windows do you have?
I'm using Windows 10 (with the latest updates), japanese mode.
Did you have any error during the extraction of the rar files?
Have you tried to move the game's folder at the root of a drive like c:\, in case you're using a folder created by Windows like Documents... ?

I am using windows 10 with the latest updates and japanese for non-unicode programs.
There wasn't any error during the extraction and i tried moving the game as u said but it doesn't help.
The vinosplayer.exe opens for a second or two and then just closed it self. The startup.exe works fine but it requires the Play DRM code.

Here is the list of my settings :
- Windows 10 Virtual Machine using VMWare Player (that's not mandatory, a regular installation is fine too)
- Japanese Mode + Clock set to Japanese (did you try with that setting?)
- I've installed KLite Codec packs (in case it could be a Codec issue?) + Microsoft Visual c++ 2008/2017
That's all I've done on this Windows
You can try to run the file with admin privilege (right click on vinosplayer > Run as admin).
Or maybe with LocaleEmulator with the profile Run in Japanese (Admin).

Still didnt figure out what went wrong here . Tried resetting the computer and its still not working.
I think Im just gonna leave it be.

The vinosplayer executable does not work, I get that it is incorrectly installed, help >.< :'(
