So you did not uninstalled the game before moving it?
I guess you must search in the registry if there is a reference to the game and delete the registry key of this.
To access registry, press these on your keyboard:
Windows + R
Type:
regedit
Press F3 and search for the japanese name of this game or WendyBell.
Be careful before deleting stuff in there.
