I had a version that was censored but I deleted it and its save files. After downloading this file, the game was still censored. How do I uncensor it?

Sorry about my mistake, I assumed this episode was also uncensored like the first two, but the adult patch released contains only censored pictures, so at the moment there is no uncensored version playable.
If I can find an uncensored version, I will update this package.
