When i click on the exe file nothing happen.

I'm on Windows 11.
I have set my Windows and my clock to japanese before installing the game.
I don't have notification from my antivirus.
I tried to rename the file mamaholic_crk.exe to Start.exe.
I tried to run it as admin.
