Hello,
On the first picture of the step 3, I see that you're running the file Wanna.exe straight from the disc mounted with daemon tools (Unitad de DVD), this is not what you should do.
Did you run the setup.exe and install the game properly?
If you did that, you have to run the file wanna.exe from the folder of the game that is located on your hard drive.
If you didn't install the game, run the file setup.exe and complete the setup. Then run the file wanna.exe from your hard drive.
(of course japanese locale enabled like you are right now # pic from step1)

HHHH: but after trying with something that I didnt see I saw a file that I didnt unpacked, inside was a file with the name save 00, so I reemplaced the file that I had in my hard drive with the one that was in the file, and now I dont any problem, now I can hear the voices
