Hello,
Game retested, runs fine. I have repacked the game just in case.
My setup:
- Windows 10 with all the updates
- Admin account
- Japanese mode + japanese clock (I'm not using localemulator)
- Directx updated + Directx 9 installed + all visualc++ library installed (check the tools section on the wiki)
- Folder of installation C:wanna
Please consider trying Windows japanese mode, it will help you a lot with the error you have with the other games you mentionned.

honestly Im complety lost with this
I already try everything you say about how to run it, but nothing works for me
1.I already put everything in japanese in case that was the problem in region
2.also I change the time zone in my computer
3. then I try what you tell me and I opened, first with out local emulator, just with admin
an the result was this one
4. then I try with local emulator
and the result... well was the same
I put different protagonist to show that the error not only shows with one
so I dont what else to do, whe you skip you avoid this error, but when you try to see everything always appear
so I dont what else I can do
