Reinstall the game
Run it generically and as administrator
Use the winrar and 7zip programs
I have Tokyo selected as the time zone
The game is functional I only have that problem with the texts

The error occurs when starting the installer Either Setup.exe or the image via Daemon Tools
I have downloaded other games from your server like Gibo no Toiki and they work without problems.

In the information, I have mentioned that the game is working with Windows XP not 7. So you have to use this OS.
