No Emulator or Japanese settings
After downloading the 3 zip files and extracting them into 1 folder, I ended up with a txt file, 3 internet shortcuts for this site, and MDF and an MDS file and a folder containing an HTML doc and another folder containing a JPG of the cover, a CSS source file and a JSfile.

I normally don't have problems, so is there something different I don't know about or are the zip files missing data?
