Hiyori no Sama Hoshuu NTRAvis

Delicious, I didn't know how to get to the ending, but I just kept watching NTR scenes until the ending came. I really liked that in that ending they let you see every sex scene there's ingame, unlike other games that only show you the ones you played, this way you can either fap to that or try to get that scene by playing. I'd really like to have an english patch or at least know how to do it myself so I can play more comfortably.
