THis game wont install yumirun.exe
only installs yumi.exe and couple of files

I can only play when the disc is mounted and click yumirun.exe

what may be the problem?

You're right, this game needs the CD to be mounted. I tried on Windows 10 and Windows 7, and you have to start the game with the file yumirun.exe.
I don't have any tips to avoid that (no crack file), sorry.
