Probably the best H-game or maybe one of the best but I can't think of any right now. Art, Plot, Multiple different Game mecahnics and minigames. Translation is not man-made so it doesn't translate everything and sometimes you have to think a bit to understand sentences. Best use google lens on untranslated things. Apart from the fact that it the game dev(s) probably had a piss kink it's top notch. Artystyle or animation style might not be pleasant but you'll have to see for yourself. You can play it for days in a row and still find new things. 10/10 definetley.
PS: don't try the Rio Footjob mechanic. At least for me it made my game buggy. Save before you try !
