Its an awesome fucking game that made me so fucking pissed.
The bosses at each level end is challenging and difficult,(on hard mode) but you only get a number of tries before game over, which means if you want to challenge it again, you have to restart the ENTIRE LEVEL from START. Yes gotta pick up that chest there again, that hidden gem here again, clean all the critter mobs again. That makes me so fucking pissed.
Beating the boss quickly becomes a chore because once you use up your tries you gotta do all the mundane craps all over, and its really easy to use up the tries in the heat of it. So I keep getting my flow interrupted and thus making me pissed as hell. Some mechanics of the boss made me want to smash the screen as well, what do you mean I take damage just because the boss TURNED AROUND?
I dont mind dying, in Night of Revenge I get shit on as well, but the save points are close and u get back to bosses real quick, the flow wont be interrupted in these cases.
But it's still a recommendable game even with the flaws, it's got real good gameplay and range of costumes, maybe its me not having hands.
