I moved your message here, maybe it will help people who have this issue.
There is a new package available.
But it seems the error from the file yktie.exe is still here.
Inside the new package, there is inside the data folder a file named yktie.rar.
So if the game can't be installed, close the setup.
Right click on the file yktie.rar (data folder) > Extract here
Run the setup again
