Truly a great game. It has very good pixel art animations and a lot of them. you can choose between multiple animations as you please even when you bought them.
The game is basically just cookie clickers but with an anime girl. There's also a "fever" which increases your heart intake. There's also a "super fever" with a really low chance to spawn but it increases the heart intake incrdedibly so when you have slow progress just do a new fever everytime it runs out and don't make it continue.
It can also be very difficult if you try to keep the fever because you have to click extremely fast. A small hint again is to just use both mouse buttons ; )
Edit: I just found out the animator is hurumero_ha_r and he is a pixel art animator on youtube who has lots of high quality R18 touhou animations on twitter !!
