Some technical tips, as I've managed to get this running under Lutris with Nobara Linux. 

Follow all of the typical install steps as described. 

Add the following to the wineprefix with winetricks under lutris : 
dotnet6
vcrun ( all of them )
run with this specific version, not GE-Proton : 
wine-ge-8-26-x86_64

Launched right away with no issues.
