During the first setup, there is a window that open during this process, to tell you about a serial number I guess, this does not interfere with the installation. So you can ignore this window.
As long the game is fully installed, it's ok.
For the part about the antivirus threat, here is a kaspersky online check about this file, this is what is called a false positive.
