It has a problem when playing it stops at a certain scene and does not progress forward

I have retested the game before uploading it again and tried all routes of the story, no crash on my side.
Can you please tell your setup? Windows, locale emulator or japanese mode?
The crash always occurs at the same place?
My settings:
> Windows 10 updated
> Japanese Mode (I don't use Locale Emulator)
> Windows clock set to japanese mode (not mandatory for this one, but that is something you can try)
> Admin account (you can use Run as Admin by right clicking on the exe)
> Folder of the game is in C:Eroge, to avoid rights issues with Windows folders.
> DirectX 9 + Visual C++ + Klite codecs pack installed, links:
