After downloading the game and trying too start it. Nothing happens the circle spins for a few seconds but the program never starts.

I can't check this game right now, but some games (maybe like this one) needs to have a clock set to japanese format (and of course, windows set to japanese mode):

Yeah the problem is that i have all of that set already. Game downloads fine and the icon appears in the background but it never starts and i don't even see a error. So i have no clue what's wrong.

Game retested on my side:
- Windows 10 japanese mode but clock set to french > Nothing happens when I start the game
- Windows 10 japanese mode + JP clock > Game starts (check the picture below)
