this game I download from here , I also have problems when I try to opened
in this one I also use demon tools + local emulator, and I also follow the instructions on the file
but it doesnt work for me, and keeps showing a message, about a missing file

Hello willstroke,

There is something wrong with the name of your folder.
Change the name of the folder that has weird characters to something regular like Tenioha2 (Right click > rename)
Be sure to run the game with LocaleEmulator or better Windows japanese locale (which this one, you will avoid error like that).
