So you are not able to even start the game (can't access the menu for example)?
I have Windows 10 updated and I can run the game and play it, what did you do to install it?
Do you have a security program that may block some files during the extraction and/or the installation? Because the game is precracked so maybe there is an issue with that.
The folder I have before installing the games contains 20 files.
And inside the folder where the game is installed (different folder this one is in Program Files), there is 16 files.
And to install it I have Windows 10 with japanese locale.
