Getting this error when trying to run the game.

I'm using Windows 10. All my drivers are up to date and I've tried to run the game with both Locale Emulator and NTLEA

Please advise.

Hello,

There is a problem with the installation folder (the part Flyingshin?Ȼ), that means the game was not installed with Locale Emulator or Windows japanese locale.
Windows will not interpret japanese characters correctly.
