It's a good game, easy to understand and I liked it.
You can either do the fast route or the slow one, the fast one is just choosing the most NTR option when you can, the game ends in just 5 scenes, but if you want to enjoy it more, you can try other things and see a slower progress, the fast route is just NTR, while the other might end in NTR pregnancy (I just added the tag for that).
The art is very simple, if you don't like it too simple, then I don't recommend it, I've seen really bad things, so in the end this one is mid for me.
