I also downloaded this visual novel as well (I wish to play all the Visual Novels from the same Developer) the installation is 100% success and no error messages, except when I start the program nothing happens, I followed the instructions and nothing happened afterwards, so I hope that this issue can be fixed

I've reinstalled the game and to solve this issue, you have to set your clock to japanese.
And of course, set your Windows to japanese mode.

Control Panel > Region and Language
Set the clock to japanese and apply.
