Having trouble running this on Windows 10. Installed just fine, but will not load when trying to run. I am using Locale Emulator, running it as Japan (Admin) and the initial boot screen loads, but never gets past 10%. I can see in Task Manager nothing is happening.
Tried in all compatibility modes, with/without the ISO mounted, etc, out of ideas.
