My system is detecting a Trojan in the .reg exe in the disk image (.mds) file. I don't think my system wants the file to be even a temp file so I couldn't check it with the online malware checker. Attached is the message received.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other option for this game, all you can do is authorize this file on your computer or using a sandbox machine with a Windows dedicated to eroge with crack files.
