The game is asking for a download serial code. Is there a way to get around this?

I am using Windows 11 Version 10.0.26200 Build 26200
I have tried both LocaleEmulator and using my Windows which is set to Japanese.
I have installed it following the instructions, I tried with and without Daemon Tools. I also extracted with WinRar once, and 7zip in case it changes anything.

after you update the game, you need to download and replace the .exe from here https://web.archive.org/web/20230318113710/http://www.web-giga.com/support/trouble/protect_amanari.html
