i've tried to follow the steps to download the game, but when i tried to run setup.exe the following happend

Do you have an antivirus software installed on your computer?
If not, can you try to install it in a different folder (root of a hard drive).
You can try to run the setup with admin privileges by right-clicking on the setup exe file > run as administrator.
